The Roblox description is the whole money thesis: your plant army fights offline to earn money. Everything else is a multiplier on that sentence. If you log off with an empty path, you earn nothing. VIP is the only pass whose tooltip is straight cash. Buy it only after the free 15% is on and a mixed army holds a wave. Wave Speed increases attempts per hour, which is negative value if you lose. Night as a money window

Event banners usually ship a seed that is worth more than a common carrot. Play Night while NIGHT is active so Bloodlit is on the ring earning through the next offline session. When the event ends, the code dies; the plant you already planted keeps working.
